I always welcome commissions for custom surface pattern designs, illustrations, and graphic design. If you're interested in commissioning a project, I'd be thrilled to work with you!
Here, I'll walk you through my creative workflow for design and illustration commissioned projects, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
1. Initial Consultation:
To get started, you can reach out to me using the 'Create Your Own Adventures Form' on my website or through your preferred communication method, such as email, WhatsApp, Behance, Instagram, or any other platform you're comfortable with.
2. Gathering Project Details:
When filling out the contact form, you'll find a few essential details that I'll need to craft a tailored proposal and begin the commission.
Providing as much information as possible about your project will help me better understand your vision.
3. Proposal and Agreement:
Once I have gathered the necessary information, I'll develop a comprehensive proposal that aligns with your specific requirements. The proposal will include important details such as project scope, timeline, pricing, and terms.
I value your input and feedback during this stage to ensure that we are on the same page.
4. Deposit and Confirmation:
If you decide to move forward with the commission, a 50% deposit or initial payment will be required to secure your spot in my schedule. I offer convenient payment methods, including PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, and bank transfers. Please note that all transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Once the deposit is received, we'll officially begin the commission.
5. Work-in-Progress Updates:
Throughout the creative process, I'll keep you updated and provide regular progress reports on your commission. We can establish the frequency of updates that suits your preferences, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed.
Your feedback at each stage is highly valued, as it allows for revisions and adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please keep in mind that the project scope includes one revision at each stage. Additional revisions beyond that may incur extra costs estimated at around $30 per hour.
6. Final Review and Revisions:
Once the artwork is completed, I'll share it with you for your review. I kindly request that you provide your feedback within one week after receiving the artwork, enabling us to discuss any final revisions needed to meet your expectations.
7. Final Payment and Delivery:
Upon completion of the final revisions, the remaining balance will be due. Once the final payment is received, I will prepare the artwork for delivery. You can expect to receive the files in the specifications outlined in the proposal within three days of the payment confirmation.
